A contract is formed between you and us when the contract has been signed and your deposit has been paid to hold you date.
The Minimum adult guest numbers catered for at the venue is 40, the maximum number of guests for a wedding breakfast is 85. The maximum of guests allowed at the venue at any time is 150. The maximum number of children allowed at the venue at any one time is 10.
As part of your wedding package, the public areas of the Vineyard at Three Choirs Wickham are hired to you for your wedding day only. Between the hours of 8am and 11pm.
The venue is licensed to sell alcohol to your guests and play music until 11pm unless otherwise agreed.
The Hirer must use Three Choirs Vineyard sole caterers Wild Gastro. The Hirer may not supply any food themselves unless prior agreement with the event organiser or the caterers.
Once your deposit has been paid, the price of your venue will not increase.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date the contract is formed between you and us and the date of your wedding, we reserve the right to adjust the VAT you pay (and hence the overall price of your wedding package), unless you have already paid for your wedding package in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
The caterers will require a deposit on booking with them, and also a final invoice will be issued separately by Three Choirs Vineyard.
We will invoice you for the total price of your wedding package (less any deposit paid) approximately 6 weeks before the scheduled date of your wedding. You must pay our invoice in full 4 weeks before you wedding day.
It is your responsibility to book the Registrar for your wedding. We strongly recommend you book your Registrar as soon as you have booked your wedding with us.
Unless we agree otherwise, only food and drinks supplied by us may be consumed at your wedding. We will not tolerate alcohol being consumed on site which has not been purchased at our Bar. If your guests are found to be doing this, we reserve the right to charge the bride and groom a £500 fine.
You must provide your guests with such information we may reasonably request regarding arrangements to be followed at the venue (for example, in relation to car parking or the storage of valuables). Your guests may use our car park overnight and collect by 11am the following morning. This may change if wedding is on a Bank Holiday weekend, be sure to check with Three Choirs Staff for collection times. There will be no access onto the site after 11am on collection day, gates will re-open at 9am the following business day.
Any damage caused to the Venue, its equipment, Vines, contents or fittings will be invoiced directly to the couple immediately after the event.
To ensure the continued comfort and health and safety of all guests, Three Choirs have a preferred DJ, Simon Clarke to provide entertainment for weddings. On booking, Three Choirs will share your contact name, email address, telephone number and wedding date to Simon Clarke.
Outside entertainment may only be brought in with the permission of Three Choirs. If an alternative DJ or band is required, you must complete the form: External Entertainment Agreement and return this to Three Choirs.
The Hirer must ensure that all entertainment booked for the hire period are in position of a Public Liability Insurance and PAT Testing Certificate and must provide this to the venue before the date of the event. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse permission to any agents who do not have these documentations. All equipment brought on site by the Hirer that requires plugging in must also provide a PAT testing certificate or proof of receipt that the equipment is new.
The event organiser accepts no responsibility for any property belonging to the Hirer, his guests, or his agents at Three Choirs at any time.
The Hirer must provide their own ladder if required for hanging decorations from our beams, and are also responsible for taking them down after your wedding before our next event.
The Final Appointments will take place between the hours of 9.00am – 6.00pm on a weekday, and will be 10 – 12 weeks before your big day.
Fire pits, Chinese lanterns, glitter, hay bales are not permitted on site at Three Choirs.
Fireworks are permitted if conducted by a licensed company only.
Minatare alcoholic bottles may be brought onto site for table favours only at a charge of £150.00.
Dogs are allowed on site if they are on a lead however are not allowed into the Old Winery during the wedding breakfast and evening reception.
Bio-degradable confetti may only be used on site; inside and outside. If non-bio-degradable confetti is used, we reserve the right to charge you a £250 fine. It is the responsibility of the bride and groom to notify guests of this rule.
Taxi’s must be ordered for 11pm-11.30pm, due to our location they must be ordered before 9pm.
Local taxi numbers: Millers Taxis 01489 788888 and Hedge End Taxis 01489 696969. Please be aware some taxis may charge a minimum fare regardless of destination.
Provisional Booking Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £250.00 is required to Three Choirs Vineyards to provisionally secure your wedding date for 2 weeks.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to contact Three Choirs Vineyards to confirm or cancel the provisional booking.
A remaining £750.00 is required by the end of the 2 weeks to fully secure your wedding date.
The £250.00 is not a full booking. A full booking is made once the full £1,000.00 deposit has been received.
The £250.00 is refundable up until the 2 weeks, the deposit is no longer refundable after the 2 weeks if no contact to Three Choirs Vineyards has been made. The provisional date is no longer secured and made available to the public after the 2 weeks if this has not been fully secured.
You can change the date of your provisional booking throughout the 2-week period however this does not re-start the 2-week provisional booking again.
